The Achived GoAl

From international markets to football pitches: one challenge after the next. Not even time to celebrate one win, when a new objective to reach comes on the horizon, another slice of glory to bring home.

Standing still means losing ground. So we must take courage in our hands to anticipate competitor moves, but mainly we must have ambition, motivation, and clear strategies. This is the rule to follow if we want to win industrial markets or fly in the sporting world. "Leonessa" knows this well, where industrial development activity has always gone hand-in-hand with the destiny of the football clubs led by the Ghirardi-Pasotti family.
The "escalation" at the helm of Carpenedolo has been parallel with that of the holding: while the "rossoneri" move up class after class, the group is penetrating small and large markets. Starting from the "Third" the last of the amateur divisions, Carpenedolo has reached "C2".
Beginning from a historical industrial nucleus, La Leonessa has become a leader in the earth moving sector. But the experience with the town's team was destined to be just a trampoline, a launching pad towards football that counts. Tommaso Ghirardi decided to lead Parma, a provincial club with a skilled and generous set-up, essentially an enlarged photocopy of Carpenedolo.

This was just to make the challenge more thrilling; the "Leonessa" group leader took the helm of the "gialloblù" club when the ship was rocked by a storm, always closer to the shipwreck of going down.
But once again courage, clear ideas and planning built a way out from nothing: Parma remained firmly in "serie A" and the Ghirardi-Pasotti family won its first challenge in the world of football that counts.
A double important success which means that the future can be looked at with ambition.
Therefore, courage, planning, investments and clear ideas: the philosophy adopted in the industrial field and exported into sport by "Leonessa" top-management.
And the results, in the business world as on the pitch have always been the same: success.

Staying in the top league is worth promotion for Parma, which apart from reaching an objective seemingly irremediably out of reach, created an important effect. The result achieved with the "Gialloblù" merited the call to the Juventus bench of Claudio Ranieri, the trainer neo president Tommaso Ghirardi earnestly wanted for his salvation dream.
And the young star of the national under 21 team Giuseppe Rossi was appreciated thanks to his performances in the crossed strip, becoming one of the most desired "young stars" in the European market.
This means that the investments of the Ghirardi-Pasotti family have borne excellent fruit, at least in terms of the image and prestige of the "gialloblù" club.

During the last days of the championship, "Tardini" went back to singing Aida, absent since the days of the Cup Winners Cup, of goal twins Osio and Melli.
A sign that the "gialloblù" fans believe in the ideas of president Tommaso Ghirardi. With heroic salvation put behind, Parma can now restart with a project that entrusts the task of taking Parma the "gialloblù" to football heights, to Di Carlo.
This task is possible by using the success formula experimented in the industrial sector by "La Leonessa": courage, programming and clear ideas. A winning formula both on football pitches and in international markets.
